Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility for returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

6. Shipping returns
Returning your product

Unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
